Kari Sheehan

Jason P. Sherman, Associate Attorney

Mr. Sherman has been an Associate Attorney with the firm since 2000. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor Degree from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. His practice areas include general Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate Law. He also mediates civil disputes for the Maricopa County Justice Courts. Mr. Sherman is a member of the Bankruptcy and Real Estate Sections of the State Bar of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in both the Arizona State Court and the Federal District Court for Arizona.

Kari Sheehan, Bankruptcy Manager & Operations Manager

Mrs. Sheehan is our Bankruptcy Manager and has been with the firm for three years, having joined us after holding management positions for several years in default loan servicing for Washington Mutual Home Loans.
She is also the Operations Manager. Mrs. Sheehan manages all office procedures, in addition to supervising the processing of all foreclosures matters, bankruptcies, evictions and related real estate litigation matters.
