Medical coverage, including prescription drug services and vision, is offered to eligible employees. There are two plans: Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
Dental coverage is available to eligible employees.
Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (ADD)
The Company provides to each eligible employee $20,000 in life insurance/ADD coverage at no cost to the employee. In addition, the Company also offers up to an additional $200,000 in optional life insurance at the employee's cost.
All employees who are regularly scheduled for 30 hours or more per week are eligible to elect optional short-term and /or long-term disability insurance.
Flexible Spending Account
All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the Flexible Spending account programs. There are two voluntary accounts available: Health Care Reimbursement and Dependent Care Reimbursement. Both accounts let you set aside money before taxes to pay for certain unreimbursed healthcare and dependent care expenses. When you incur expenses, and file the appropriate claim, this money is reimbursed to you.
Our 401(k) Plan is a form of tax-deferred savings designed to provide employees with a way to save for their retirement needs as well as providing current tax advantages to them. The Company will match a percentage of the employees
Vacation & Holidays
The company recognizes that employees need time away from work for rest and relaxation. Vacations contribute to the health and productivity of Shapiro & Fishman's employees. All full-time employees are eligible to earn paid vacation time based on their years of service.
The Company provides regular full-time employees paid time off for 10 holidays, in addition to vacation.
