Vacation & Holidays The company recognizes that employees need time away from work for rest and relaxation. Vacations contribute to the health and productivity of Shapiro & Weisman's employees. All full-time employees are eligible to earn paid vacation time based on their years of service. The Company provides regular full-time employees paid time off for 10 holidays, in addition to vacation. 401(k) PlanOur 401(k) Plan is a form of tax-deferred savings designed to provide employees with a way to save for their retirement needs as well as providing current tax advantages to them.
