Jeffrey T. Weisman, Managing Partner
Mr. Weisman is Managing Partner of the firm and supervises all foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and related real estate litigation. He has extensive experience in many areas of real estate law, including commercial litigation. Mr. Weisman has lectured and written continuing education materials in the field of bankruptcy and foreclosure law and has considerable experience in the field of commercial real estate transactions. His memberships include the Missouri Bar Association, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and was recognized in 2004 by the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He obtained his law degree from St Louis University and his Masters in Taxation from Washington University School of Law. His undergraduate degree is from Boston University. His has been admitted to the state of Missouri, the Federal District Court and Tax Court.
